What is Launch Team?

The Launch Team is the initial group of people that will gather and mobilise to see Alabaster Church Hills Location reach its immediate launch phase.

Our goal is to launch Alabaster Church Hills Location in October 2026, and the immediate launch phase is the time period of March 2026-February 2027.

Please note that anyone joining Launch Team will be asked to commit to this 12-month period and sign an agreement in-line with the Safer Churches policy of Alabaster Church. 

The primary functions of the launch team include:

1. Being carriers of the DNA of Alabaster Church

Every living organism carries a DNA, the blueprint of that life. The DNA of Alabaster Church Hills Location is the vision and culture of what the church is from the inside-out, and the Launch Team plays a critical role in living-out that DNA.

2. They become our initial volunteers

The Launch Team carries the workload required to plant and launch Alabaster Church Hills Location. They are the answer to Christ’s prayer in Matthew 9:38 that say “yes” to being workers in His harvest field.

3. They become our initial visionaries

The Launch Team are more than just volunteers: they are the ones called by God to help outwork and “flesh out” the vision of Alabaster Church. The vision God has for the Hills Location (Emerald, Cockatoo, Monbulk) requires a Launch Team!
